Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery of your order. Once your return is initiated, please allow another 5–7 days for the package to reach our warehouse.

Our courier partner will make two pickup attempts. If pickup service is unavailable or unsuccessful in your area, you’ll need to self-ship the item(s) back to us. Reverse pickup service depends on your location’s pin code coverage.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD purchases are issued as store credits to your registered email or mobile number within 1–2 business days of the returned item being received at our warehouse.

Product Condition

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Timelines

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.

For COD orders, the equivalent value will be provided as store credit, redeemable anytime.

Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled midway. However, if you choose not to accept the delivery, the parcel will be returned to us and your refund will be processed accordingly.

SELF-SHIPPING RETURNS

If reverse pickup is not available for your pin code, please courier your package to:

Ensure the package is securely wrapped to avoid damage, and mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the parcel. Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging.

Once your parcel is received, your refund (full amount + ₹100 for courier charges) will be processed within 48 hours — directly to your bank account for prepaid orders, or as store credit for COD payments.

We recommend using India Post Speed Post for return shipments, as it is reliable and widely available.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The bank details shared by the customer for refunds will be considered final. The company will not be responsible for errors in customer-provided information.

  • If you receive a delivery confirmation (SMS/email) but haven’t actually received the package, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • Customers are expected to handle products carefully while in their possession and return them with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • If the item received is damaged or defective, please inform us within 1 day of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with clear photos of the product.

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days of our confirmation email.
